Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We process and ship most orders within 2-3 business days. If you require the package quicker, either choose the Next Day or 2nd Day Air option (see information below on expedited shipping) and we will prioritize your order for expedited processing. Signatures are not required upon delivery for any mode of transportation. 

For orders shipping to a United States address, our standard shipping is through the USPS.

We offer Next Day and 2nd Day Air for those customers who would like to have their order given immediate priority and shipped asap. These options can be selected from our drop down menu when placing your order. All Next Day or 2nd Day Air orders will be processed and shipped the same day if the order is received by 3:00 p.m. EST for our 4:00 p.m. UPS pickup. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. For Saturday delivery, please contact our office at 561-845-6122, as an additional shipping cost will apply.

Expedited shipping requests with packages weighing 4 pounds or more are subject to a shipping surcharge. Should your package be subject to a surcharge, we will contact you and you will be given the option to pay the additional shipping charges or change your method of shipping.

Orders can take up to 10 business days from the date an order is placed until it is received. If after 10 business days the package is still not received, contact us and we can help track down the order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship to most other countries and have distributors in Australia, South Africa and Hong Kong servicing those markets. We ship UPS Expedited for international shipments. For shipments to Canada, we ship UPS Standard. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
